Simple place for a quick lunch. Loved the Bo Ne (Sizzling Steak & Eggs on Cast Iron) Accompanied by tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, & meatballs accompanied by two Banh mi halves. Steak was nicely cooked with a good sear & the taste was good! My favorite was actually the panini style Banh mi for $5 that I got to go! Decent place overall, nothing too special, but great for a to go order or quick stop.

IMO this place has the best bánh mì thịt heo nướng in OC. And it's hard to beat the price. Their com tam bi cha is mediocre though. And the over the top packaging is a landfill nightmare :( Please rethink how much disposable waste goes into each com tam order.

Had to get their thit nuong banh mi and I must say it's delicious and packed! They load it up with meat and it's super saucy. The cool thing is they "ép" the banh mi down so it's like a panini. Everything blends together super well! Would come back. They need to make other flavors tho!

People been raving about their Banh Mi, so I decided to try it for myself. I called in to order Togo and the employee spoke English to me, but understood Vietnamese. I ordered Banh Mi Thit Nuong Sa. I like how the Banh Mi is flat like a panini. It's easier to eat for people who can't bite down too much. I thought it was good, but I expected it to be mind blowing the way people had described it to me. I do think it's cheaper than a lot of Banh mi prices, but they skimp out on meat!

We ordered com tâm to go here. I was quite impressed with the packaging (the orange box). Compared to other com tâm places in Bolsa, this place is pretty good. I will definitely try other items from this place in the future. Their "banh mi chao" looks pretty good too.

What a steal, the com tam was pretty good especially for the price. We got 3 items, side soup, and a free ice tea for $12 each before tax & tip. The pork chop was perfectly cooked both char and lemongrass flavor, the pieces were on the thin side. The cha (pork cake) was decent/standard. The fried shrimp cake was also decent (I think this item is better over at Com Tam Thanh and Com Thanh Thien Hao). The side soup was good, cabbages were nice and soft, salted just fine. The pickled veggies were good/decent but I was so full, I couldn't finish it. My only complaint is the broken rice was a little mushy/wet in the middle. I was a little confused because our orders came with an egg on top but I don't recall ordering it or seeing that it comes with the dish on the menu. The free ice tea was a nice touch (a little watered down but still good). The service was fine, the restaurant was pretty busy for lunch on a Saturday (long-ish wait for take out and dine in). Overall, it's pretty good value & the foods acceptable/good/authentic. I'd come back and recommend.
